Charter Aircraft Matched to Your Trip

Which aircraft fits comes down to headcount, luggage and distance. The range runs from turboprops that land on short runways to heavy jets with stand-up cabins and ocean-crossing range. Each option below is priced per leg, so you only pay for what you fly. Should the aircraft have a mechanical problem, our mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost. The turboprop charter, light jet charter and empty leg flights pages explain where each one fits best.

  • White twin-engine turboprop parked on an airport ramp with its airstair door open as a traveler carrying a black bag walks toward it under overcast skies

    Turboprop Charter

Twin- and single-engine turboprops for regional trips under about 600 miles, able to land at smaller airports close to where you are actually going.

  • White light jet with T-tail and rear engines parked on a ramp beside a yellow line, airstair down, a crouching worker at the nose gear and a rolling suitcase nearby

    Light Jet Charter

Four to seven seats, jet speed and short-runway access for regional trips up to about three and a half hours, priced point to point.

  • Midsize Jet Charter

Seven to nine seats, an enclosed lavatory and the range for most nonstop trips of three to five hours, priced point to point by one contact.

  • Super-Midsize Jet Charter

Stand-up cabins and transcontinental range for groups of up to about ten, priced point to point with one person handling your trip.

  • Heavy Jet Charter

Large-cabin jets like the Gulfstream G550 and Falcon 7X for big groups, long nonstop legs and ocean crossings, priced point to point.

  • Empty Leg Flights

Fly on a jet that is already repositioning, priced as a one-way trip, with one person checking timing, aircraft and FBO details before you commit.

Who Arranges Your Flight

Private Jet Charter Martinsville is a charter company based in Martinsville, IN. We work from our office and by phone and video, arranging private flights for business executives, families, leisure travelers and companies moving groups on tight schedules.

We built the company around a single idea: one person should own your trip. That coordinator knows why you picked a midsize jet over a light jet, which passenger travels with a dog, and what time the car needs to reach the FBO. When questions come up, they already have the answer.

Why Your Charter Has a Single Coordinator

A private flight depends on aircraft, crew, fuel, ground handling, catering and passengers all lining up. One person handles all of it, so nothing slips while passing between desks.

The same person quotes and books

The coordinator who takes your first call sets the price, reserves the aircraft and crew, and reviews the FBO details with you before you fly. A new departure time or headcount goes to that one person, and you never explain your itinerary twice.

Costs shown line by line

Your all-inclusive quote breaks out aircraft cost, positioning, fuel, landing and ramp fees, crew overnight costs and federal excise tax. You know what each charge covers before you say yes, and no hidden costs turn up after you land.

Pay one way for one way

Point to point pricing means a single-direction flight is never billed at round trip pricing. Fly to a meeting and drive back, and the quote covers only that flight.

Book a flight only when you need one

There is no prepaid balance and no minimum block of hours. Fly once a year or ten times, always with no long term commitments.

Aircraft chosen around your needs

Pets can fly with you, and WiFi equipped aircraft are available for anyone working on board. Mention the dog or the call you can't miss, and we find an aircraft that handles both.

What Moves the Price of a Charter

Charter pricing is built from the aircraft's hourly operating cost and the work needed to get it to you and home again. Most of the difference between two quotes comes from a few factors. Knowing them helps you decide where a little flexibility saves real money.

Every quote we give by phone is itemized and all-inclusive, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. If your plans change, we requote before anything is rebooked.

Aircraft class
A turboprop burns far less fuel per hour than a heavy jet, and its hourly rate reflects that. Bigger cabins, longer range and higher cruise speeds cost more to operate.
Flight time, not just miles
Charters are billed on flight time. Headwinds, routing around weather and any fuel stop on a long leg add minutes, and minutes add cost.
Positioning the aircraft
If the nearest suitable aircraft is based a few hundred miles away, it has to fly empty to reach your departure. Choosing a nearby aircraft, or an empty leg already headed your way, cuts that cost.
Overnights and multi-day trips
When the crew waits at your destination, the quote includes their lodging and meals. Some operators also set a daily flight-hour minimum for aircraft held on a trip.
Airport, FBO and winter fees
Landing fees, ramp and handling charges vary by airport and FBO. In an Indiana winter, de-icing fluid and hangar space can add to the quote, so we list them separately.
Dates and lead time
Holiday weekends and large events tie up aircraft across the region. Booking earlier gives you more aircraft to choose from.

From First Call to Wheels Down

Most trips follow the same five steps. Your coordinator handles each one and tells you what comes next.

  1. 1

    Tell us the trip

Give us the departure and destination, dates, times, passenger count and luggage. Mention pets, golf bags, ski cases or anything oversized, since cargo space varies a lot between aircraft.

  2. 2

    Compare the options

We quote the aircraft that fit, usually two or three classes, and explain the trade-offs in cabin height, range and speed. Each quote is all-inclusive and priced by the leg.

  3. 3

    Confirm and book

Once you choose, we confirm the aircraft, crew and schedule, and send nothing to the operator until you approve the final quote.

  4. 4

    Pre-flight briefing

A day or two out, your coordinator confirms the FBO address, arrival time, passenger names and IDs, catering and ground transport. You get one clear set of instructions.

  5. 5

    Flight day and after

Arrive at the FBO, meet the crew and board, usually without a terminal or security line. Your coordinator tracks the flight and stays reachable until you land and the trip closes out.

Questions Travelers Ask Us

What does a private jet charter cost?
The price comes from four things: aircraft class, flight hours, any repositioning and airport fees on each end. A quick turboprop hop costs far less than a cross-country heavy jet trip. Call with your route, dates and passenger count, and we will review an all-inclusive quote with you item by item.
Will a one-way flight cost me round trip pricing?
It won't. With point to point pricing, a one-direction trip is never charged as a round trip. You pay only for legs you fly, and any positioning appears as a separate line on the quote.
What if the aircraft develops a mechanical problem?
Mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost. Your coordinator lines up the backup aircraft, so you aren't left in the FBO lounge working it out yourself.
How do empty leg flights work?
Planes often fly empty to return to base or reach their next pickup. You can charter that one-way leg, often for less than a regular flight. Because the earlier trip sets the route and time, these legs work best for flexible travelers. Our empty leg flights page has the details.
Can my pets fly with me?
They can. Tell us how many animals are coming and their size when you call, and we'll pick an aircraft and crew ready for them. Most pets sit in the cabin with their owners, not in a cargo hold.
How early should I book?
An early call gives you more aircraft to pick from, particularly near holidays. Charter is on demand, though, and we answer the phone 24/7 for trips that pop up fast. We'll give you a straight answer on what's open for your route and timing.
Do I have to prepay or buy flight hours in advance?
You don't. We have no long term commitments, no prepaid account and no sign-up fee. Book only when you have a trip.
Can I get WiFi on the flight?
Yes, we can book WiFi equipped aircraft. Let us know you need to stay online, and we'll quote aircraft that have it and tell you what coverage to expect on your route.
